Who I Am
Hospitality has been my profession. Leadership has been my responsibility.
My journey in hospitality has taken me from Tokyo to London, across the United States and into international cruise operations — working with people, cultures and operations from very different parts of the world.
Over more than 20 years in the industry, I have learned that great hospitality is built behind the scenes. It comes from people who understand the standards, leaders who know how to bring those standards to life, and operations that work consistently every day.
My approach has always been practical: understand the operation, support the people and make standards work in reality.
Today, I share that experience through leadership insights, hospitality content and practical lessons for professionals who want to grow, lead and build a stronger career in the industry.
